Confirmed scope
Service, capacity, timing and commercial terms exist only after written confirmation.
Current information
The client supplies accurate cargo facts, dates, access conditions and responsible contacts.
Changes
A change affecting cost, timing, capacity or responsibility is agreed before work continues.
Agreed engagement
Objectives, scope, deliverables, timing, responsibilities, fees and information access are established in a written proposal or engagement. Website content alone does not create a consulting appointment.
Client information and access
The client identifies relevant decision-makers, provides available and appropriately authorised information, and arranges safe access to agreed operating locations. Material limitations are recorded in the analysis.
Forecasts and recommendations
Models and recommendations depend on stated demand, cost, service and operating assumptions. They are decision support rather than a guarantee of a specific commercial or operational result.
Implementation and review
Unless separately agreed, the client remains responsible for implementation, supplier commitments, employment decisions, regulated approvals and operational control. Material changes after the study may require the recommendation to be reviewed.
